    Paradox must be clear on what and who is controversial and why they are controversial. Then they must release an official list of controversial and non-controversial leaders (if they can find one), so we can know better who we can make our profile picture. One b**thurt discord mod mass banning people on official Paradox discord depending on his nonsense political views. It looks like that every single mod can dictate his own b**thurt on random players on Paradox discord server. Terrible managing.

    Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is a visionary leader universally recognized as a historical genius by the world's greatest nations, including the USA and the UK. Yet, the Hearts of Iron 4 Discord moderation team has the sheer audacity to label him a 'CONTROVERSIAL LEADER' and shamelessly ban users simply for having an Atatürk profile picture. ​Because of this profoundly ignorant, discriminatory, and unacceptable behavior, I now absolutely despise this game and Paradox Interactive as a company.     Apparently I can peacefully manage an interstellar empire containing hundreds of species, ideologies and civilizations, but Paradox still has trouble managing one Discord server consistently. Jokes aside, the recent controversy surrounding the treatment of an Atatürk profile picture in an official Paradox community is disappointing. I don't expect everyone to agree about every historical figure. I do expect a company with a huge international audience to apply its community rules consistently and explain controversial moderation decisions transparently. Paradox should address what happened instead of letting players argue over screenshots and second-hand explanations. Until that happens, I can't recommend financially supporting the publisher.
