I enjoyed this one. Basically you will live with 5 sisters and take care of their daily needs like cooking, laundry, etc. all while the girls fall for you. All the girls are cute and give off a different vibe. Only a couple of things I didn't like, such as the inability to pause the game and stacking favorability (i prefer fluctuating favorability), but overall really enjoyed it.
This is not Absolute Cinema anymore. This is an absolute spectacular experience I have no words for it. Well ok. I have a few or more words for it. After all, I have all endings, all achievements, and 15 hours played. I don't even really know where to start. But I'll probably give a shorter version of the review for people who don't want to read my entire essay. "Service of Five Graces" is an absolutely phenomenal thing and is maybe a bit underrated and underpriced in my opinion. ✅ Girls are hot. (Not you, Mrs. Little, I'm sorry.) ✅ It's kinda silly and funny, exactly how I like it. ✅ It's really underpriced, I'd say. ✅ Song Zhixia best girl. ✅ 4th wall breaking sh#t and "Tang Yue talks with the player" is interesting. Or at least it was for me. ❌ Volume mastering is not done very well. The main menu is very loud, then the volume is different in chapters 1 and 2, then it gets silent in 3 and 4, and then some scenes are like "muffled," like if Lin was sweating so much it blocked the mic or something. 💀 ❌ Mrs. Little's ending got just PowerPoint static transitions instead of actual footage. I don't know if that was an artistic intention or they ran out of budget. ❌ Translation inconsistencies throughout. "RPG MMO" for Street Fighter. "Side arms" for accessories. "Rain that signs melody of our love." In my opinion the translation guy was tired as f#ck in later chapters or they used AI for it. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes you're like "WHAT THE F#CK IS THIS?!" ❌ The technical side of the game is just really unfortunate sometimes, whether it's because some scenes aren't rendered well visually or audio-wise, or because of language barriers or misunderstandings. It's nothing that occurs 100% of the time, nor something that would stop you from enjoying the story, or anything that should discourage you from buying this, but you can tell that putting everything together took a lot of work and that work isn't always the best. maybe a minor spoilers bellow but nothing crazy. It starts off in a completely classic "silly FVM" style where crazy things just happen and your father has debts so he sold you to this rich family, etc. You're there as a maid/butler doing various things like doing laundry, dishes, cooking, and all that. But then you also have some time alone or together with the residents of the mansion. First is Tang Yue, aka Miss Second. Then Tang XiaoXiao, aka Mrs. Little. Then Tang Xingmeng, aka Star Dream. Then Ding Wanjun, aka I don't know? :D And then the other maid and secretary, Song Zhixia The first thing I'd criticize and what genuinely gave me trouble during 100% completion or even just the first playthrough/ending is the absolute mess with names and how characters are referred to. Your character is Lin, but Tang Yue calls him 9527 (😭 that is comedic, I will allow that), but then Tang Yue isn't called Mrs. Second but Liu or Yue, and that's not all. Who's supposed to keep track of all those names and nicknames when everyone is Tang and their "Western-English" nicknames like StarDream are used by characters mostly later, but early chapters are hell. Maybe it's just my confused Western brain, but this really gave me trouble. Either always address a character by their name/nickname, but don't have everyone call them something different every time. 😭 At first I thought Ding Wanjun, the "free-spirited" alcoholic rebel girl, would be the best path/girl, but after I got her ending, which was ok... not peak by any means but not bad either... more bittersweet, I'd say. But then my heart was captured by Song Zhixia. I have a certain weakness for glasses, but combined with her personality and "humor," it was a match made in heaven. Her route is epic, her ending is also good. Therefore, I declare Song Zhixia Best Girl. Ding Wanjun is also ok, and StarDream is also super cool. The game has literally tons of content. And most of it up until the fifth chapter is rather lighthearted, where you play games or thr…
I was not expecting this to be this good after 100%. I kinda underrated this game. This game teaches you so many things. With each girl, you must balance your job and your family. Don't vent your anger to your wife just because of job and marriage life :). Use words to explain to your partner. Don't be harsh. A big mouth cannot solve anything. It's very simple, but I think if you are married, you take it very lightly. \: I was not expecting that final chapter. You must get all the endings to get there. It reminded me of Director Simulator again, with the 4th wall breaking. I got goosebumps when it happened. I just wish this game had a list of memorable OSTs. It would hit way harder, just like Director Simulator and I've Fallen For You. Music will touch your soul. When I listen to those lists of music again, I remember the game again. But I get it, they did this very budget.
