Lover's Enigma

My girlfriend loves this game! She says it’s her favorite visual novel, and she hopes that you guys continue to release more upcoming projects in the future! Both her and I will continue to support you guys, whatever project it may be :))

!!SPOILERS!! lovers Enigma is type of game i dont understand why not popular until finishing it, i really loved this game more than i thought i would i even %100 every dialog, character routes and endings even tho theres not a single achievements, now im confused about how i feel: the things i didnt like: -first of all, like everyone else i was disappointed theres no kazuki route when game implies it from the start, maybe it is game's intention that we believe kazuki route like mc believes kazuki is the one who haunts her and try to find the truth for him, but even it is the case i think thats just poor advertising on developers side -Theres no route, no ending or anything related to Hiroto, he is supposed to be our 'real' ending, 'real' lover but neither we can learn anything about him, our past life about him or choose him at all which again makes it feel unfinished, i expect one bad ending if we choose hiroshi, or at least i wish there is anything about him that would explain mc and him, their relationship or what he is who he is, hes not a main antagonist but a halfly lore explainer chacater in his own story (while writing this its makes me mad thinking what he could have been but writers didnt put enough time on him, i might be sound salty but i felt so sad that i cant do anything for him at all and its eating me alive) -theres no CG for any of the endings which it makes me feel like its not even a good ending or even an ending at all, because of that most of the time i finish endings unsatisfied (expect secret ending MC dies and its only one with a CG) -None of the routes feel like romantic at all, Theres a couple platonic hug and hand holding as comfort and no kiss at all or anything romantic, I thought maybe MC dont like those things or even asexual but it never again explained or hinted (if im not blind) all LI's feels like close friends than lovers -No romantic CG or CG both mc and LI together, its same problem with routes doesnt feel romantic, we see LI's and MC alone in CG's but never together, considering haruki loves MC a lot i would wait one kissing or hugging CG together (Only ryota has two when hes protecting mc from hara-san and in train loop) + im not counting the fire bcuz its more like a lore thing than romantic encounter. The thing im more confused about now is i feel like all CG budget went to Ryota, like he is the first one made and developers planned to make much more CG's to others like him but when his route finished the developers realize they cant keep up that budget for other characters CG so they cut down the things i didnt mind but bothered me: -Sounds feels silly (especially gagging sounds) and out of place lot of times -Omukade breaking fourth wall was so unnecessary, it was only one dialog and then didnt mattered at all it make me ask what was the point, to make it look cool or scary? because it wasnt neither -There is no achievements at all and its actually so annoying, i cant understand if i get all the endings or not so i had to replay again and again the same endings and make sure theres no line that stops skips -rhythm game become bothersome if you replaying the game, first its fun but when you had to play again and again its bothering -There is no good ending, and im not talking about THE END title doesnt have 'good' on it, all the ending finished sad and miserable, its probably intentional thats why it didnt bother me much -Game is so buggy, lot of times i just ignored it but every minute theres a bug showing up and theres some bugs that make you think did nobody test this game before it launchs things i love: -Characters are incredible and i love all of them, especially haruki, they all so loveable and haruki make me love him with all my heart, it same for Kazuki, Ryota and Ren. I miss kazuki more than MC :D -Story is interesting and it make player wants to learn more and more even tho at first you dont understand anything about loops, reincarnations and stuff…

I wanted to love it, but... the game is broken. The game's script crashed 5+ times on me. I left VERY, VERY detailed bug reports to the dev - including the crash logs, detailed steps on how to recreate the crashes, and offers to hand over my save data. Over a month later, the devs haven't bothered to reply. I spent 2+ hours playing the game in a way that felt natural to me, and now my save is just totally bricked. I am going to assume that if you focus on each character route, one at a time, the game works. But this game offers town exploration, timed events, etc. It invites you to explore and see weird things. To make your own schedule and see what happens in forgotten corners. But playing the game freely, in the way it encourages, totally broke my experience. And again, months later, not a single reply. No "we'll look into it", or "sorry that happened." Since my experience is broken beyond redemption, and will not be fixed, I just can't recommend this game to other people.
