    Hero Siege is overall an enjoyable game, but it has some major issues that are hard to overlook. First, the game is full of bugs, especially once you reach mid-to-endgame content. A lot of the deeper character-building mechanics involve special items, passives, and interactions that depend on specific “skill tags.” Unfortunately, many of these interactions either don’t work properly or are poorly documented. This makes it extremely difficult to tell which passives and items are actually benefiting your character. You can spend a lot of time building around something only to discover that it barely does anything. This just covers the itemization bugs but there are a lot other annoying ones. Second, I’ve had a very negative experience with the developers and the community management. False bans, no explanations.   • I like this game, and had a lot of fun this season But I had a really bad experience with their support and from this and other peoples experiences I just cant recommend the game I got banned for alleged RMT, when I just bought the cheapest item listed on the market at that time…

    I like this game, and had a lot of fun this season But I had a really bad experience with their support and from this and other peoples experiences I just cant recommend the game I got banned for alleged RMT, when I just bought the cheapest item listed on the market at that time Support was super accusatory and it just felt very unfriendly in general, but they still unbanned me When I logged back in, the item in question was gone tho Great to know that you can get falsely banned just for using the in game auction house, and then when you successfully appeal you still get your item deleted

    Bought the game, played it a lot, and honestly had a lot of fun with it. The game itself is actually really enjoyable. Then, after not even a week, my account was suddenly banned. I did absolutely nothing wrong and I still have no idea what I was supposedly banned for. I created a support ticket asking for an explanation, but never received any response, in my opinion the way the company handles its players is terrible. EDIT: I was unbanned three days later, without any explanation or response from support. After looking through their Discord, I also found multiple reports from other players who seem to have experienced similar unexplained bans. While I'm glad the ban was lifted, the whole experience still leaves a very negative impression. The game itself is good, but decide for yourself whether you're comfortable with the possibility of suddenly losing access to it without knowing
