neat lil tool. unfortunately the primary feature of pixelization doesn't work on linux mint. Kinda odd considering the demo appeared to work fine. Edit: JK GEproton 10-28 did the trick

Pro the easiest tool out there to do simple palette swaps and posterizing. It has practically everything you need to get a nearly one-click lowpoly PSX style texture from an image. It is, however, very laggy at times. Especially if your image is larger than ~512 x 512 (I use texture atlases a lot). Turning off "Auto" can help but then you lose out on auto updates. Since the software constantly tries to update your texture, it sometimes lags so much when you're trying to change something that you can't even move the slider (Maybe an option to only update once you let go of the slider would fix this easily?). For now I just have to turn Auto off, which is a bit of a bummer. Still though, I haven't encountered any huge bugs, it does what it says, does it well, it works well, has a really nice collection of palettes, and I love how it incorporates practically every single setting I'd need to create PSX style textures. Works really well with Puck's Ripper, or any other texture ripping tool.

Advertised for 3D-model textures, but is also just a really handy all-purpose pixelator/ditherer/pallete-izer. Has exactly the parameters you want for quickly and creatively applying this effect, without the tedium of setting it up elsewhere.
