Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunt

The game is extremely underwhelming in comparison of it's first version. Music is very underdramatic, the tutorial is clunky at best and sometimes some mechanics would stall on activation or have delay. Visually it's not the most pleasing, but it does a decent job. My biggest complaint is that you can get soft-locked at the very start of the game. After your first mission in the tutorial of you defeating a stegosaurus, I had thought I already had the stegosaurus license ( ability to let me get rewards from killing stegos ), so I didn't even think once about having to buy the license for it since it allowed me to collect rewards like I already had it in the tutorial mission. I spent the remainder of my money from the tutorial mission on upgrades to gear, and then only did i realize i had to buy the license for stego kills was when I didn't have the money for it anymore. Hence I was stuck without any way to get more money. Killing dinosaurs i dont have the option to buy licenses for don't give me any rewards or do anything for me, and killing stegosaurs do nothing for me either. Maybe I was just missing something? but it ruined my first impression very quickly. Wouldn't reccomend.

it's a great game. i love it. i played it for 4 hours already, and i can't stop. the novelty never wears off for me. it has a lot of wasted potential, which is sad, but the devs are clearly working on it, and game development takes time. love the game!

Very poor attempt and recreating the original. Honestly lazy development. If you want to play the original game this doesn't feel the same at all and has a bunch of crap glitches/bugs/pure laziness on the devs part.
