Ballshit

Ma Dong-Seok, is that you? I have to say that Ballshit is quite the experience and can be somewhat difficult to describe, but I'm glad I took the time to play it, and I hope you will too. Regrettably, it took me a few months to finish, as I initially gave up on it, but luckily I returned, because while the setup was decent, I feel like the game particularly shines during the branched routes, which just so happens to be right where I originally stopped - funny how things align sometimes, for better or worse. The game, overall, is actually surprisingly decent considering it appears to be a relatively small production. The voiceovers are a bit wonky at times, translations aren't always great and sometimes overflow, but the game absolutely makes up for its flaws. Storywise, I'd say it holds up quite well and managed to get plenty of good laughs out of me, even making me cry one time, but then again, I'm quite the softie, which is to say that there's also an emotional layer to it, albeit not the deepest of its kind. I wouldn't call this a masterpiece by any measure, but don't be afraid to give Ballshit a shot, because it surely deserves it and you ought to be plenty entertained. That said... JUSTICE FOR QIN LIAN!
