Worthy or Not

I honestly wanted to like this game but it turns out I just can't. The trailer makes this look like a dynamic and potentially fun game but it's far away from that. The game is divided basically in two parts, the first part is the interview with the clients, 5 women. This part is incredibly boring and slow. The second part is a very quick segment where you match the women with 5 male characters that you never saw before. Each women has 3 endings and can be match only with 2 men. One men has a good ending (or Perfectly Hidden as the game puts it) and a normal ending and the other man only has 1 normal ending (or bad ending..or Ordinarily Hidden as the game puts it). Then you have 2 overall endings, one with non perfect matches and one when you do all 5 perfect endings. This second part is could be acceptable content but it's so brief that really doesn't matter. There are also a few scenes with the secretary which are as well short; definitely less boring but again, is just filler. The interview section tho, as i said..it's so long and boring. It is just the lead and 1 client, sitting a couch talking about very boring stuff. The soundtrack often doesn't match the "energy" and vibe of the scene and sometimes is so loud that the voices are just background noises. We keep seeing the male lead face, which is not a problem per se but he is also the one that constantly it's out of sync and game makes sure we will notice. I mean worthed for a nice shot of the couches..i guess..wtf. The editing is just jarring, even if they are basically sitting the whole game, you will notice hands teleporting around in between frames for no reason. Some the actress during wide shots will stare, not at the male lead as they should since they are talking but instead on his side into the abyss. This not fault of the actor and actress, it's just horrible direction, plus bad script and awful editing. There's also not really a story. This is overall bad. You can grab the achievements real quick (as long as you manage to survive the snooze fest that is the interview section). 3 run at most and you'll get all the achievements. The location are also lacking. I hope you like the male lead office because those couches are what you will staring basically the whole game. There are a few other locations to be honest, for the most part just green screen background. But we talking about the gym for one of the women endings and other generic locations for the other endings The interview will last something like 2 or 3 hours, I'm not sure because I was often pausing the game and do something more interesting without login off so i don't have the exact time for your first full run but basically the game will keep you on without nothing interesting to do until you can't refund it and then the game is over. The most exciting thing is the occasional boom mic making an appearance. It also seems that the agency we work for in the game is a scam because in one of the ending we see Gu Haiting, the only male client we actually see outside a picture, he is with the woman client we match him with but..the Gu Haiting we met...was another person altogether!!!! ..catfishing much? At least they are happy I guess.. This developers made some interesting games in the past (and other bad games as well) so hopefully next time they'll do better. Matter of fact, next Mystery Crown game will be 天平游戏1:抉择 and because they cast Chen Jianzhen, honestly they already have my full approval. If they'll make sequels of 天平游戏 and keep Chen Jianzhen, that would also be a win in my book.

This isn't just about making people like you; it’s about a calculated exchange of value. If you are too submissive, your own value drops, and you might lose access to high-tier story branches. • Production & Tone: The game is budget-conscious, taking place almost entirely in a single office. However, the natural acting and sharp, satirical script make the experience feel visceral and authentic. • Technical Gripes: Be warned—there is no "Skip" button for seen content, making the pursuit of multiple endings a bit of a grind. Verdict: This is a pressure test for modern social values. Possibly the worst translation in a game ever. It’s unplayable for English speaking players. You won’t understand any of the gibberish put on the screen. I was totally lost the entire time I played this. Maybe it’s good? Actually, no it’s not. WAYYYY too long in between choices. Many of them are repeats of previous questions. Horrible dialogue, boring gameplay. I’d stay away.
