pros ✅ An intriguing and interesting story about a programmer and treasure hunter who embark on a long journey to uncover the secrets of the infamous Executioner and discover mysteries from your family's past while fighting fanatical cultists in Prague . Your task will be complicated by a sect of fanatic cultists and your own unexplained heritage. story-wise, it is reminiscent of major classics like Broken Sword or Gabriel Knight. ✅ likeable protagonist and a nice variety of interesting, mysterious, and quirky side characters ✅ fun to solve, clever, and challenging many puzzles. the puzzles were neither too easy nor too difficult, and there was no illogical reasoning involved in their solutions ✅ you can receive hints and assistance from an in-game AI when you are stuck ✅ when pressing space you get to see every interactable on the screen ✅ beautiful background graphics and well drawn character models ✅ there is auto and manual save ✅ there are steam achievements ✅ soundtrack were top notch ✅ decent lenght cons ❌ lack of voiceovers and animations makes the characters quite lifeless ❌ I understand that developers randomize maze puzzle solutions for every player to increase the challenge. However, this often makes the puzzles more frustrating for me ❌ iffy english translation from the czech language ❌ no cards Overall, this is a decent, polished and enjoyable old-school point-and-click adventure game with an engaging and intriguing story.

high quality p'n c adventure, which story-wise is reminiscent of major classics like broken sword or gabriel knight. visuals, sound effects, music, dialogues, puzzles, technical aspects, settings, nothing was below par. very good start from the czech studio shader mess. i hope more is to come.

Za mna dobre. :-D Priznam sa, ze som si dlho neuzil dobru pont and click adventuru (neratam Poldu). Dej je logicky a dobre nadvezuje na seb, ale su tam obcas zadrheli, ze som sa musel pozret pozret do navodu. Lokacie su pekne nakreslene a hudba je prijemna a nerusi. Tak isto zvukove efekty. A ano, nemam vsetky achievementy, ale necce sa mi to hrat koli nim druhy krat :-D . Mozno za nejaky cas.
