не рекомендую, какая то грязная поделка на тему ccd. CCD по всем параметрам в разы лучше. Машины не настоящие, руль только правый , 4х полосных дорог в принципе нет, звук двигателя вообще не слышно, физики машины нет, столкновений нет. кабина это не кабина автомобиля, а какая то херня. Машина не глохнет, хоть заднюю втыкай на 100 км час. Какие то дикие ограничения скорости в 30 английских километров в час, я на велосипеде быстрее езжу. опять же делаю авто симулятор и круиз контроль (или искуственный круиз контроль) не сделан, не у всех есть руль. Даже тот же Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator обосранный со всех сторон в прямо в разы лучше смотрится по отношению к данной игре, хотя он на фоне ccd просто отстой.

Negatives: if you try to use keyboard for driving - it is just a disaster (as of today) - my advice for developers would be to focus on some basic things instead of adding some random features that I see on the timeline. I got this game for my gf to get better with real-world-driving as she learns to drive, but game requires to develop in-game-driving skills. E.g. steering on the keyboard is just a pain, it could be fixed with some self-centering for the car. Also game looks incredibly slow on macbook pro M2 pro 32gb, I had to go to the lowest settings to run this - which is not that much of a problem for me here, but I think this has good optimization potential. Neutral: I bought the wheel (before I was going to just request a refund) - Logitech G29 on mac runs much better (wheel has it's own problem of not allowing 900 degrees rotation. It is fixable but might be a pain to do). But still you get quite weird experience of game being unforgiving to minor violations that are clearly coming not from me trying to break the rules but from inability to handle in-game car impeccably. Positives: I think this has great potential (especially as this game is supported on mac and has left-hand driving mode) - this might be a good market, just needs a lot of metrics to see what people actually use in your game - I feel there's a disconnection between users expectations and what game offers leading to "Mostly negative" rating. Free drive looks exactly what I need, I would appreciate bigger map with more in-city conditions, diving few kilometers on suburb road that has no road situations is not what I was looking for. This has come from a broken unplayable demo to fully functioning sim. My G29 works perfectly fine, it can even navigate the main menu. The game gives you a demonstratio before you complete the lesson yourself, but it has some issues. Playing on Left Hand Drive some signals seems to be shown at the wrong side. Like overtaking a parked car, it shows using left signal instead of the right. In one demonstration the car crashed into another car. The demonstration fails to show the driver looking left/right or the blind spot. All demonstrations should include these. Sound effects such as wipers and GPS audio cuts out randomly. The sim can help you will learning to drive, but focus on real life learning. Runs at 60fps for me, which is perfect.
