荒岛求生：逃出美女岛

FMV inovador con su crafteo y modo supervivencia. las chicas están lindas y bien caracterizadas, la historia está muy interesante de inicio a fin, la interfaz la sientí un poco rara al inicio pero al acostumbrarme está cómoda. me hubiera gustado que durara un par de horas más, me tomó 8 horas sacar los finales buenos de todas las chicas. me gustó. 8.5/10

The game itself is quite interesting. It would have been much better if the developers had done their homework and made sure the game couldn't become completely stuck due to the lack of the items needed to craft what is required to progress. After getting stuck, I read several comments and reviews, and they all pointed to the same combination of items. However, I never came across one of the required items. In short, the game is good, but its progression system is extremely poorly designed.

Honestly this was a pleasant surprise aside from some issues. I decided to check this one out after the Studio released an English Translation for their game. And lets start with the obvious, the Translation is as with a lot of Asian FMV Games not good. This was most likely a machine translation with mixed results. If you ever played a Asian FMV Game that wasnt revenge on gold diggers, you know exactly what i mean with this. So expect a translation quality that is at its absolute best moments fine and awful at its worst. Also if you're a linux user (or Steam Deck which uses a customized version of Linux) its important to know, the game works from start to finish. but the further you progress the more often it happens that Videos sometimes refuse to load, going back into the Main Menu and then load your save fixes this. Also at the End of Chapter 5 there is a decision where you need to paint a pillar in a specific colour and the videos regarding that are bugged, change your Proton Version to Proton 11 to fix this, and then change it back to the default version. The Tech Issues, can make completing this game to 100% unnecessarily tedious, keep that in mind if you want to buy this game. But aside from these kinds of issues, i really enjoyed my time with this game and i really liked that this game tried to be more interactive with the player like the Crafting Aspects for example, it has good production values, the actresses do a good job in portraying the characters the best way they could. The Story is alright, it suffers from the bad translation which was likely done by an AI, but the story is simple enough to follow and to be unironically enjoyable. For an FMV Game there is a decent chunk of content in there, the Fanservice is good which is important in a game like this. I always had the impression doing my time i played this that this was a project the team cared about, and not a product that only exists because it needs to pay their bills, and i really appreciate it that the Team didn't just relied on beautiful women and everything else is lackluster but instead wanted to make the best game they could produce with the budget and time they had. Do you find here the next Revenge of Gold Diggers in terms of quality? No, but Island Survival is aside from its issues a really enjoyable time and worth your time and money.
