Putty Pals

"Putty Pals" is "pure co-op goodness". The art is adorable and amusing, the sound effects hilarious, and the gameplay is engaging and just challenging enough to engender a sense of achievement without feeling cheap or insurmountable. The game is long enough without growing stale and plays very well without a controller.

Awesome game. We played it with my girlfriend. The base is a bit easy but the time trials are challenging enough. Far from impossible but hard enough to be fun. I wish there was some DLC or a Putty Pals 2. :(

Wonderful game for co-op. Playing as a father-son duo and it is a blast. Young kids ~5 can pick it up quickly. The game does a decent job of keeping things light / not impossible early on. Die? just instantly spawn right back. The only heartache was when we had to swing on objects and land perfectly, later in the game. There really should be some tutorial or more explanation of how the timing works, etc. Young kids get frustrated if they can't figure it out and some in-game tutorial for the hardest part is advisable (devs? maybe) Otherwise, great game, fun to hop around and sling your buddy around, work as a team and get through the levels. The world needs more games like this! As gamers age and become dads, they're gonna share their passion to play coop. Kids love video games. It's a huge market. Create more games where challenge can be unevenly spread too, like a difficulty for one player and a lighter difficulty for the other (separate menus?). This way both can feel challenged, or ramp up the challenge if bored.
