Pigeon: A Love Story

Симулятор голубя. Летишь. Делаешь курлык-курлык. Таким играм место на смартфоне. Из плюсов только детально скопированные сетки городов (Лондон, Париж, Нью-Йорк, Токио, Амстердам). Больше никакой интерактивности игра не предоставляет. Цель не понятна.

this is such a cute cosy game! the npc birds have some funny quotes, the art style is beautiful, the music is chill vibes and the maps are fun to explore! i only wish you were able to land and trot about but that's not much of a big deal really! recommend for anyone wanting a cheap game to play with their partner or friend!

Pigeon: A Love Story is a simple birdflight-sim which focuses on flying around enormous scale-models of real world cities in search of one's singular pigeon soulmate. The mechanics are straightforward: fly, explore, call out to other pigeons, discover landmarks, and land on rooftops. After about ten minutes, I completely forgot about searching for a mate and instead focused on collecting landmark sightings and rooftop landings. Unfortunately, it took only another fifteen minutes for me to get bored of that too. The concept is both intriguing and unique, and flying around famous cities can be relaxing for short spurts, but the mechanics never develop much beyond their initial novelty. A charming idea with functional gameplay, but one that ran out of steam for me long before I found my soulmate. I didn't have a bad time and i didn't have a good time. Its not bad at what it does but it might be a bit too expensive for what it is. I found this experience to be a soft 5/10: neutral-neutral
