Gets grindy and repetitive way too quickly. The gameplay boils down to farming gear and upgrading stats, with little meaningful variety to keep things interesting. Not a great representation of the incremental genre.
16/16 achievements, review time! if you like tower incremental rng loot drops with a fair chunk of build crafting, this in your alley. story was okay, dont think it was explained why we go to the tower, just do the tower bc others are ig. as you progress and walk among the stars with cosmic power, your character doesnt change... still the basic red outfit no matter what you wear for gear aswell. progress was something, it was really fun to get something new or higher lvl to push yourself to the next limit but then comes the RNG drop rates. you might be looking for your next upgrade within 5 mins or a hour depending on rng. build crafting was about what you expect for a elemental tower game. you have plenty of non elemental stuff like poision, explosions, daggers, and beams. i never messed around with them much because the normal elemental weakness on enemies felt way more useful and easier to do. could spend 10-50 hours just build crafting different things into endgame to keep reaching new high lvls for even higher gear and limits (i think its infinite, astral break area) endgame was enjoyable but slow at times. got another upgrade tree after hours to spend coins on once again. score rush and limitless break areas (2nd ending, last one i think). only little things that bugged me were the lack of character changes as you progress, staffs having random attack modes/directions messing with builds often at times(doing more direct AOE or random AOE at edges of screen). item rerolls increasingly getting more cost felt more annoying then trying to hunt another similar piece, if drop chances were better maybe it wouldnt feel punishing if you didnt get good rng on your rerolls before getting too expensive and waste of time. asaide from that, was a pretty enjoyable game to 100%. thanks for the game def. maybe ill see you around with similar games <3
This is a cute little incremental game. It's designed with a bit of a smaller scale in mind (aka you'll kinda never really go full auto ((although there's definitely a few builds you can do that would probably work fine without player input)) But it works really well as just a little game you can beat in a few hours. I personally beat the base 50 floors in an hour, the bonus floors in another hour, and then the score attack and endless achievements in another hour and a half for 100% in 3.5 hours. The build variety isn't exactly the strongest aspect of the game, but what's present is neat. There's a softcap of 200% more range on all your attacks that you can hit within the first few floors and it feels really weird with how much higher the other caps go. Until the end of the base floors it's basically all entirely just number go up, but afterwards you'll get some more actually different effects, but that might still be lacking for some people because it doesn't go very far with them. I think it's fun and interesting enough to spend your time on, and for it's price I wasn't disappointed or anything.
