MORODASHI SUMO

This is real sumo. I really felt like I had become a true yokozuna. I don't think there will ever be a game to encapsulate the thrill of sumo wrestling quite like this game. This game rewards you and celebrates you for all of your victories, and uplifts your spirits like no other experience ever could. With bated breath, I will pray and hope that there is a sequel to the thrilling narrative presented by this game, where perhaps I can conquer the title of yokozuna once more, or perhaps defend my grand title. I definitely recommend this game, very worth your time and money, even if you are not a fan of sumo like me. Thank you, Bakumatsu Games for your incredible video game. I wish you the best of luck in your future games, that they might capture even a sliver of the great entertainment and magic magic that this game presents.

Exceptionally silly single player mode and a surprisingly exciting soundtrack. This is not a game with tight controls or even "good" game play, but it leans into it's absurdity incredibly well with. Every inch of this had to have been made with laughter. I can't comment on the multi-player yet, as I've not found anyone online the same time as me in my region.
