Mars Vice

Overall a good experience. Frontloading the biggest issue here is the plot. Spoiler free review is, the plot is really great up until this one point. Before I arrived at the location that ties up loose ends I was all over with theories and I'd have loved if that part of the game lasted a bit longer. The ending feels a bit rushed as well. Other things of note - The cast is full of fun characters - I love the way varied identities are integrated in a way that feels natural - The animated segments are nice and well done, though I do wish there was a bit more payoff and a better tie in for them - I'd enjoy seeing more of this world and story. I think its well crafted and there's many more stories to be told here should the devs wish to revisit this setting in the future

It's a nice game with a decent story, if a little cliché with some things. It being an old school point and click adventure in 3-D helps gives it some freshness. But, it is very, very short, so I would probably wait for it to be on a good sale before picking it up.

For those that enjoy story driven games, this one is very good! Considerably linear, and without the puzzles I'd prefer in point-and-click adventure games, but what is on tab is certainly worth it!
