очень красивая визуальная новелла минут на 40 я начал играть потому что классная палитра, анимации и героини красивые, в итоге это в игре мне и понравилось. ещё понравилось как разворачивается история, но лично на мой вкус концовка получилась довольно спешной, мне кажется она лучше бы сработала если бы мы поварились в ней ещё подольше. но вообще красиво ппц

Great little graphic novel. I would prefer the minigames to be shorter, but to each his own. Absolutely magnificent art and cute dialogues. The story is metaphysical and has daydreaming quality, not entirely serious but still musing about life and death somewhat lazily. I liked the vibe and think it is very much worth checking out.

please note that i think this game is good even if the review is negative. its better to describe this as a motion picture manga instead of a game. you cannot 'win', nor 'lose', and your choices seem to make no difference. the purpose of this software is to tell a story from A to B no matter what, and that is not a bad thing. that being said, the story isn't really thought-provoking. it talks about life and death in an exploratory way with some interesting ideas, but it fails to get me invested in the characters. theyre written pretty simply and have no real opinions or mindset to pick at, which could be justified by the ending but doesnt make it any more compelling to read. it also leaves you with a few unsatisfying questions, like "how are they running simulations? where are they doing it? what world do these people live in that they have to look at records of human life to imitate it?" those could be interesting plot points to develop. the one thing i can praise is the art. the art is so beautiful and regardless of its 1-bit palette the artist wonderfully brings out lots of visual emotion and form with even just two colors. i would love to play something like this if the story were longer and more involved with characters. the realtime motion and visual effects really add to it too. for example, there is subtle breathing you can see on characters that conveys how alive they are despite being pixelated and in an extremely limited palette. it makes sense that the game is a dollar because of its very short runtime and simplicity. this means its not really a problem to buy it even if you dont like it. my opinion might change on a second playthrough when i can experience everything with the context of the ending, but for now this is how i feel. that being said, this might be a bit harsh of a review, because i assume its a simpler companion piece to NIDANA, which i havent played.
