Gradius Origins is an absolutely OUSTSTANDING collection for shoot em up lovers from advanced to beginner, featuring a solid collection ranging from 80s classics to modern era, each with incredible music, visuals, weapons and intense gameplay that will get your heart pounding and your rage building as you get hit by a stray bullet and rewind for the 69th time! Each game features training and easy modes for newcomers, plus a great selection of customisable gadgets and screen and control options for auto-fire, CRT scanlines and more, including letting you choose between the original stereo mix or even a remixed stereo option. The customisation options are vast and I love it! this is much nicer than Konami Arcade Anniversary in every single way. The title screen even has a mini music player to get the banging tunes blasting while you choose which game you want to play, plus there's a jukebox for the games in the extra menu too if you want to just jam out to some of the BEST game music ever made! This collection has been an absolute blast to play from day one, and Salamander III? is AMAZING, that classic hardcore Salamander arcade experience with some modern flair and QoL thrown in, it is the star of the show here! FINAL NOTE: Remote Play IS NOT supported on this game, which is quite disappointing! so just a heads up if you're looking for online co-op action! This collection is a MUST-HAVE! for shoot em up fans! (also, don't forget to input the Konami code for a nice little extra!)
