Footgun: Underground

Quite interesting game once you unlock some stuff and understand what's good and what's not while dodging boss patterns. Some balls/upgrades are very fun/strong while some are less, some enemies are annoying while some are free kills, some characters also feel a lot stronger than others. So the balancing is off and the boss patterns are initially nearly impossible to dodge. The ball control is also not easy to master, but it's doable, I feel like I'm getting better and better. I don't like that you have to start each time with 2x encounter of the free frag rhino beetles or whatever these are. The reward progression is ok, but would be more fun if there was a minigame that involves kicking rather than just pure RNG. Overall I don't think it's the peak of what could be done with football + rogueli(t/k)e genre, but I also didn't spot anything better ATM, while the idea itself is great. And I'm getting a kick out of it for sure, so going positive, even though it's like 6/10 for me maybe - a lot of room for improvement.

Unbalanced and frustrating. It's fun to play, but when I consistently lose runs because of something I can't control it loses its sparkle

In theory it's okay, but runs can be near 2 hours long and very repetitive. After all that and being virtually invincible throughout I got to the final boss and die because I find out the build that overpowered everything else is irrelevant against that boss. Hardly ever felt so scammed in a game
