Elroy and the Aliens

Последняя игра которую я играл в подобном жанре были Братья Пилоты, я уж думал что этот жанр почил в небытие... Очень понравилась рисовка и сюжет.

Elroy and the Aliens was a really pleasant surprise for me and definitely feels like one of those hidden gems that deserves a bit more attention. It has a colourful art style, fully voice-acted characters and puzzles that gave me just enough of a challenge to keep me engaged. The art style immediately stood out to me. Everything is so colourful and cheerful, which gives the game a really happy atmosphere. It made exploring the world enjoyable and gave the whole adventure its own personality. I absolutely loved that the game is fully voice-acted. It adds so much to a point-and-click adventure, especially when you're spending a lot of time talking to different characters and exploring their stories. The voice acting made the experience feel much more lively. The puzzles were another highlight for me. They were fun and challenging without becoming frustrating, which is exactly what I want from this kind of game. The overall story was probably the weakest part for me. It wasn't particularly surprising and I could see some things coming, so it didn't leave quite the same impression as the gameplay and presentation. That said, it didn't stop me from having a good time. Sometimes a game doesn't need to completely surprise me to be enjoyable and Elroy and the Aliens still kept me entertained throughout. Elroy and the Aliens was a really enjoyable little adventure and a game I'm glad I gave a chance. The colourful art, fantastic decision to fully voice the game and fun puzzles all came together really well. The story may not have been the most surprising, but I had a genuinely good time playing it. Definitely a hidden gem for fans of point-and-click adventures.

I played the demo of this game previously, and loved it so much I bought it. While I haven't finished it yet, it's a relaxing and very well done story with a classic Sierra point and click system with vivid visuals which keeps me coming back for more. Definitely recommended.
