Duck Side of the Moon

The game is cute, and I like it generally, but towards the end of the game they fail to explain controls and give you no way to look it up. How do critical shots? How do I use the scanner? I'm not gonna slap my keyboard like a troglodyte to try and figure it out.

Oh, my geode! If you haven't played this yet you are literally missing out! This poses as a cute lil duck game where you crash your ship cause for some reason you took a nap, and autopilot apparently doesn't exist so the entire game is quite literally you trying to fix your ship. In reality, due to the writing on this game your gonna need a couple tissues, ❤️

In search for a single player game to play, I came across Duck side of the moon. I can say that I'm very happy I didn't skip this! The game takes you on an adventure exploring space and working with Geode creatures in order to repair your ship. The first thing I felt when playing is that its very similar to Super Mario Galaxy with the atmosphere, Music, and movement as well as the environment around you. Its a feeling I haven't felt in a game in quite some time. As you explore more, you learn more about your character and the struggles you are facing. Without spoiling anything, it was a bit eye opening and relatable to some stuff I have dealt with in the past. The only critique I have is maybe the price for the game. While I did enjoy playing this, I feel like asking $20 is a bit much for only 5-6 Hours of content. This does include doing some side missions. Definitely worth getting the game if its on sale. Other wise I think this is a great solid game.
