Cricket Captain 2026

I have tried so very hard to like this game but it's like it actively wants to punish you for playing it. There is no rhyme or reason as to what works, what you are supposed to do, how to train players, what their strengths are, I could go on. Save yourself some sanity and play any other sports game

Having played the last few CC games i have to say this one has taken the cake for me smoother gameplay with ever improving UI and statistics. Plus the addition of the retire/unretire to the editor is fantastic and the new coloured helmets just add to the realism.

**The Best Cricket Captain Yet** Cricket Captain 2026 is, in my opinion, the best version of the game so far and a great step forward for long-term fans of the franchise. The addition of 45 playable domestic teams across Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Ireland, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe is fantastic. It adds far more variety and gives players many more opportunities to get deeply invested in long-term rebuild saves. e. The increased customisation is another major improvement. Being able to add custom kits, team emblems, competition logos, player names, team names and competition names makes the game feel far more realistic and allows you to properly personalise your saves. T20 gameplay also feels considerably better. Scoring rates are more realistic, matches feel better balanced and there seem to be far fewer ridiculous collapses where teams are regularly bowled out for around 50. T20 matches now produce more believable scores while still retaining enough unpredictability to keep them interesting. There are still areas where the series can continue to improve, but Cricket Captain 2026 is a very strong release. For anyone who enjoys cricket management games, long-term saves and rebuilding teams, Cricket Captain 2026 is easy to recommend.
