As the third game in the series: 5.5/10 Regular Barro Just Wasn’t Fast Enough Anymore ( series order: Barro→2020→F→Racing→22→F22→GT→T23→2024→F25 ) After the first two games, SC Jogos made a decision that was both perfectly logical and completely ridiculous: make the cars faster. And so, Barro F was born. It’s still Barro , of course. But if regular Barro is about tiny cars happily bouncing around a track, the F series is about tiny cars absolutely hauling ass. New vehicles, a faster pace, and tracks built with speed in mind push an already unrealistic driving experience even further away from reality. The original Barro : “ Try not to fall off here! ” Barro F : “ You’d better not even THINK about falling off here! ” What’s interesting is that the developer doesn’t use this opportunity to turn the game into a traditional Formula racing simulator. It’s still arcade-style. It’s still simple. The only real difference is that someone cranked the speed dial way up. So rather than being a straightforward upgrade to *Barro*, the F series feels more like the developer’s first big realization that the same basic racing formula could be pushed in completely different directions. And from here on out, the Barro family starts branching out. ( I’m already itching to try the fourth game: Barro Racing. )

**Not Recommended.** Thanks to the developers for a truly unique gaming experience: I haven't played a game in a while that made me regret my time this quickly. The gameplay is repetitive, the fun disappears almost immediately, and the whole thing feels like it was made simply because it *had* to exist. A simple but easy racing game. I bought it on sale so I can't complain. Got all 15 achievements in 45 minutes. Raced all 15 tracks and weather conditions with ease. Nothing left to do once you finish the game.
