Azure Striker Gunvolt Trilogy Enhanced

Gunvolt 1, 2, and 3 are each some of the best 2D action platformers ever made on their own, a collection of the three of them is an obvious hit; but this collection also has goodies like official English translations of the audio dramas released during Gunvolt 1 and 2s lifespans, all DLC automatically included, and quality of life upgrades over previous PC releases of earlier titles in the franchise. If you don't already own these games, get this collection. If you do already own these games and are a superfan, it may still be worth considering for the included English language story content, and exclusive modes for Gunvolt 3

competent port and fair price for the trilogy and a bonus score attack mode. The series themselves have the inticreates style fast-paced run n gun/slash gameplay similar to megaman zero with the wrinkle that you have to lock-in your targets for significant damage. The platforming and level design is a bit simple with a bigger emphasis on replaying the stage and score attack than playing through the levels once through like other platformers. Finally the j-pop from lumen and co is still catchy. Pretty solid all-around
