Yeah, so I bought this based on the review from Psyduck. I only review games rarely, I'm posting this one in hopes of getting this game some attention, because I think its worthy. Pros: - A 4x card game. Its a genre I didn't know I needed. It is very fun - Simple premise, complex and nuanced enough that I constantly realize I've made a significant mistake. - The artwork. What's the word for the opposite of AI slop? That's what this is. You can tell the dev spent a lot of time on the art. - Amount of content is really impressive for a solo effort. - The developer clearly isnt afraid of making very powerful effects, even if they are difficult to balance. This is great. I am so tired of playing strike/defend level cards in games. There are nut cards and even nuttier combos. - The vibes - The continued support from the dev, the latest patch added some great stuff! Cons: - Having your high score run get cucked by a random curse you couldn't play around. (I'm looking at you Hera) - Starting area/map RNG is important for replayability, so is variance in general, but god does it suck playing Demeter into a central lake or with one starting field. Despite the penalty for seed-fishing in solo, I still do it. - There are a noticeable amount of bugs. - No undo button - This one is tricky. Obviously undo shouldn't be allowed after anything that reveals new information, but misclicks can be very painful even when they don't reveal anything new, it would be nice to have for these situations. - Not enough competition on leaderboards. (This will age poorly if you can no longer see my name in the top ten, but I welcome it)

Great find. This game has some very fun dynamics and layers. The Greek mythology theme and history is a fun thread throughout as well. Great deck building fun.

Fantastic! The large array of cards and how each god(dess) plays is entertaining and feels quite connected to the actual depths of Greek mythology. Unlocking content is a bit on the grindier side. A lot of how a game pans out depends on randomness (not just card draw but events, locations, etc.), so if you are the type who wants to optimize in predictable environments rather than see it as an opportunity to adjust, then it may not be for you.
