Anxiety Puppy

I found Anxiety Puppy to be a clever and creative game, especially in how it compares anxiety to a puppy. The small interactions were really nice, and I liked how different choices could lead to subtle changes throughout the game. The art style was also very cute, while still doing a great job of representing the girl’s anxiety and how overwhelming it can feel. What I appreciated most was how realistic the game’s approach was. It shows that learning to let things go and move forward is not something that happens all at once. Overall, it was a simple but meaningful experience that portrayed anxiety in a thoughtful and relatable way.

Did I like the game? Yes, I enjoyed it. At the beginning I thought it was gonna be a generic story of a person dealing with anxiety, and I was almost regretting that I had bought this game. But then, at some point, I was drawn by the story, and the gameplay wasn't boring, it was an unique experience. It all changed when it got to the picture book and I got to know the character better and the reasons why she felt that way. The puppy also had a good character development. The atmosphere of the game, the art style, the calming music, eveything was really well put together. Overall I'd say It's a good game if you wanna spend an evening playing something that will probably lift up your mood and leave you with a sense of aw at the end. It's a short story, but nonetheless a beautiful one.
