12 orbits

12 Orbits has a really interesting concept, and I appreciate that it supports a huge number of players, which makes it stand out from many other local multiplayer games. That said, the game has some clear limitations. It cannot really be enjoyed as a single-player experience, so it depends heavily on having other people available to play with. Even then, I personally did not find it funny or entertaining for long. Overall, I still recommend it because the idea is original and the large-player support is impressive, but only if you have a group of people to play with.

11/10 will rarely play again, just cause this is a snack. But at 2€ this was absolutely glorious for a drunken night when it took too long to login and set up l4d2 for 4 players‎‎

this game holds up. it is timeless. While other games were too difficult for my kids at about 3 y/o, the simplicity of having only 1 button to press makes this game extremely accessible. is it boring? no. and the randomness means that occasionally a player who did nothing the whole time ends up winning, regardless of high effort playing by others. worth twice the asking price at full price. a no-brainer on sale. this is the perfect family game. play on a couch with gamepads/controllers.
